Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage a designated territory by identifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and expanding customer base through outside sales efforts.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet sales targets and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up, exceptional customer service, and account management.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions for optimal pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling product demos, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, especially within scientific or medical equipment sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting product demos and client meetings.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts and territories effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for data analysis and client management.
- Outside sales experience with a focus on field sales activities in medical or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills to plan outreach campaigns, track progress, and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Knowledge of medical or scientific equipment technical specifications is highly desirable.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients through active listening and tailored solutions.
