Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Service Technician to join our team and ensure the optimal operation of our facilities and equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across residential and facility environments. Your expertise will help maintain safety, efficiency, and reliability in our operations. - Experience in plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, facilities/ property maintenance or related technical roles with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively document work orders and collaborate with team members.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and small appliances.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs promptly and professionally.
- Work with a team to assist with apartment changeovers in a timely manner.
- Assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards and quality control are upheld.
- This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM at one location.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb stairs, these are three level garden style apartments.
- Ability to Handle the "On call" phone in a regular weekly rotation with other team members is a requirement.
Pay: $24.62 - $29.65 per hour
