We are hiring for a QMHA or QMHP in Las Vegas.
The successful candidate should be able to perform ALL of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements:
- Conducts interviews with the client and their families and gather information to be used in the formulation of diagnostic assessment by professional clinicians.
- Assist in developing, implementing and modifying individual program plans based on needs and level of functioning.
- Able to complete documentation including progress notes and discharge plans.
- Collaborates with Licensed Mental Health professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive materials and information at all times per HIPAA regulations.
- Provides direct support to clients through skill-building, goal-setting, and target goal-oriented activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a mental health or special education related field (e.g. Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, etc.).
- MUST be credentialed with Nevada Medicaid as QMHA or QMHP.
- Preferred: Bilingual
