Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional member and guest service throughout the Club
- Stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes
- Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant
- Put away requisition each day
- Perform all side work as assigned
- Keep the bar, and restaurant clean, safe, and presentable at all times while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the Club’s service standards
- Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus
- Take, ring through POS, and serve food orders, to-go orders, and specialty orders
- Make food and beverage recommendations to members and guests
- Any other duties assigned by the F&B management team, Clubhouse manager, or GM
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have upbeat, outgoing positive attitude
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work affectively with a team
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
- Must have previous bartending experience
- Experience in private clubs is a plus
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, Club events, and most Holidays
- Must be Food Handler Certified
- Must possess a true desire to satisfy the needs of Members and guests in a fast paced environment
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 50lbs.
- Must have wine, spirits, and mixology knowledge.
Pay:
Pay will range from $22 - $24 depending on experience level. This is a non-tipping facility
