The Customer Service Call Center Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls, assisting customers with questions, scheduling appointments, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction is professional, efficient, and positive.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when needed.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, reminders, and customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Meet call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
