About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the peak performance and reliability of our high-volume production environment. You will leverage your technical expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on production machinery using precision diagnostic tools and technical schematics.

Diagnose and resolve issues with motors, conveyor systems, and advanced pneumatic or hydraulic circuits to maintain continuous workflow.

Perform structural welding and fabrication tasks to support equipment integrity and facility upgrades.

Optimize machine reliability by analyzing operational data and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.

Manage maintenance documentation and track repair history through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Oversee the installation and calibration of new equipment to ensure seamless integration into the production line.
Qualifications-
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related mechanical trade.

Proficiency in navigating CMMS software and digital parts catalogs.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Advanced certification in industrial mechanics or welding.

Proven track record of reducing equipment downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
