Pay starts at $40.00 per hour and increases based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, and cognitive disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to track resident progress
Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapy techniques to achieve optimal outcomes
Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Minimum 1 year of experience in SNF/LTC settings
Familiarity with Net Health system
Licensure in the State of Michigan
