We keep our techs on full, tightly-routed schedules in a set region (Plymouth County / South Shore), so you spend the day fixing appliances, not chasing work. How you earn here: - Experienced techs work on commission - a 25% share of the work you complete. The more jobs you turn, the bigger your check. Our top techs currently take home between $73,000 and $114,000 a year. - Prefer steady? An hourly track at $30/hr is available. - New to warranty work? Paid training to get you up to speed.
