Small Wonders Preschool & Learning Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for working with young children, is a quick learner, and is confident working independently in a childcare environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to advance into a teaching role.
Familiarity with childcare licensing regulations is preferred. Candidates must be able to successfully pass required background checks and random drug screenings. A clean driving record and comfort with transporting children are considered an asset.

3 ECE units is needed & must be willing to take ECE units that are paid by the company

Must be a quick learner to train to assist in everything needed

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in care

Willing to learn how to prepare meals and help organize mealtimes and snacks for children

Help children keep good hygiene

Help preschoolers with hand washing & potty time

Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problem to the attention of parents and management

Keep a clean environment for all the children in care
Experience

Minimum of one year in a child care setting but three years preferred
