We’re hiring a professional, safety-focused Supply Run Driver to operate a 26-foot box truck supporting our PNOW
Walker delivery team. You’ll transport packages from the main station to a curbside anchor point in the city, manage
on-site dispatch of walkers, and keep the operation moving. This is a commercial, DOT-regulated driving role — the backbone of the Walker model.
What you’ll do
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck between the main station and the assigned anchor point.
- Load the truck in sequence at the dock (sequential totes front-to-back, oversize packages staged separately) and secure the load.
- Set up and manage the anchor point: position the truck, establish the safety perimeter with cones, and stage packages and carts.
- Dispatch Walker Delivery Associates, organize routes and turns, and hand off packages throughout the shift.
- Track return-to-station (RTS) packages and return them to the station at end of day.
- Comply with all DOT hours-of-service and safety regulations, and complete required inspections.
- Be a positive presence in the community and a leader at the anchor point.
What you need
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- DOT qualified — must complete DOT driver qualification and clearances (processed through JJ Keller; we sponsor this for the right candidate).
- Air brake training required for the 26-foot box truck (provided / verified during onboarding).
- Able to move boxes up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willing to consent to a drug screening and DOT physical.
- Comfortable using a smartphone app for routing, dispatch, and mileage/fuel tracking.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to lead the anchor point.
Nice to have
- Prior box truck, delivery, or DOT-regulated driving experience.
- Willingness to complete Walker training as well (drivers may cross-train to support delivery during the ramp).
