Recycling company is looking for PART-TIME (PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF YOU ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME POSITION) bookkeeper / HR Assistant. Position will assist Controller in monthly closings, payroll & HR functions. Key requirements:
1.) Technically savvy & ability to pick-up unique company software
2.) BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PRIOR BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AD.
3.) Prior ADP experience preferred
4.) Proficient in Excel & Word (preferable)
5.) Experience with DMV requirements (preferable)
6.) Strong Interpersonal Skills
7.) Team Oriented
8.) "Can Do" Attitude - Do what it takes to learn tasks & get the job done
9.) Reliable / Responsible
10.) Takes Initiative
Hours: Mon, Wed & Thurs 8AM - 4:00PM. Flexibility to cover additional hours as needed is a big plus.
