Tampa Accelerated is actively hiring a full-time Verizon Sales Agent to support a growing telecommunications campaign throughout the Tampa, FL area. This Verizon Sales Agent is a face-to-face sales position focused on customer acquisitions, account support, and promoting Verizon Wireless and 5G home internet services directly to customers.
As a Verizon Sales Agent, you will work directly with customers to discuss Verizon wireless plans, mobile devices, internet services, and account options. This Verizon Sales Agent role involves assisting with new customer enrollments, service upgrades, device activations, and ongoing customer support while contributing to daily sales performance and customer satisfaction.
This Verizon Sales Agent opportunity is ideal for individuals who are motivated by performance, enjoy customer interaction, and want to build experience in telecommunications, customer service, sales, and account management within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Agent:
- Engage directly with customers regarding Verizon wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and 5G home internet services
- Explain service plans, pricing, promotions, and account features based on customer needs
- Assist customers with account setup, device activations, upgrades, and service enrollments
- Support daily sales activity and customer acquisition efforts throughout assigned territories
- Maintain accurate customer information, account records, and sales tracking details
- Answer customer questions related to wireless services, billing, devices, and promotions
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up
- Work closely with leadership and team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or telecommunications is a plus but not required
