2 Overnight positions (10pm-6am), 1 Mid shift position (2pm-10pm)
We are seeking energetic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team in a group home setting. In this vital role, you will provide personalized assistance and support to residents with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety, well-being, and dignity. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by fostering a supportive and engaging environment. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medication and monitor vital signs in accordance with care plans and medical guidelines.
- Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care, utilizing behavior management techniques.
- Operate EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems accurately to document care activities and health updates.
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding when necessary, and maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Use mobility aids such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist residents with transfers and mobility needs.
- Drive residents to appointments or community activities using company vehicles while adhering to safety protocols. Experience
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and health & safety procedures.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in memory care settings is advantageous.
- Familiarity with EMR systems, personal care homes, or group home environments is a plus.
- Strong caregiving skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
