A boutique hotel is seeking a creative, energetic part- time Breakfast Chef to lead morning service for both hotel guests and the local public in a rustic-chic barn setting. Job Overview & Duties
- Position: Part -Time Morning Breakfast Chef-Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Setting: Charming, intimate boutique property featuring a restored barn dining space.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-end, farm-to-table breakfast items (e.g., artisanal house-made biscuits, seasonal items, pastries, and plated hot dishes) from scratch.
- Serve both registered hotel guests and outside local patrons by reservation.
- Manage morning kitchen operations, station setup, food safety compliance, and inventory.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours: Early morning shifts (approx. 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM) on Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings.(Sunday is extended brunch hours 9am-2pm)
- Pay Rate: Competitive hourly or salaried rate based on prior culinary experience (ranging approx. $20–$25/hr or equivalent salary).

Requirements
- Proven professional breakfast or line-cooking experience, preferably within a boutique hotel, high-end B&B, or scratch-kitchen farm-to-table concept.
- Valid ServeSafe certification or willingness to secure one promptly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a pristine, welcoming open-kitchen or visible barn-service area.
