Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise moving crews during residential or commercial relocations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Coordinate loading and unloading of furniture, boxes, and equipment using appropriate tools such as dollies
- Drive box trucks or commercial vehicles transport clients’ belongings to designated locations
- Assist with packing, unpacking, and heavy lifting to facilitate smooth transitions for customers
- Maintain safety protocols by conducting regular inspections of equipment and work areas, including forklift operation and load securing
- Communicate clearly with customers to address questions or concerns throughout the move process
- Know/understand FMCSA/ODOT regulations
- Do billing/bill of lading on site with customer
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Valid commercial driver’s license with driving experience in box trucks or similar vehicles
- Knowledge of driving diesel box trucks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading activities
- Experience as a crew leader for a moving company
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively during busy moving days

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
