Who You Are:
As a Lovesac Outlet Stock Associate, you are energized by creating order in a fast-paced environment, ensuring products are organized, accurate, and ready to support both customers and the team. You are energized by maintaining product flow throughout the store, ensuring merchandise is organized, replenished, and easily accessible for customers and teammates while supporting inventory, fulfillment, and daily operational needs.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, confidently managing changing priorities, inventory levels, and daily tasks. You take pride in executing operational processes accurately, maintaining a safe and organized environment, and contributing to a seamless customer experience.
You are a collaborative teammate who builds strong relationships across the store. Through reliability, teamwork, and a hands-on approach, you help ensure products move efficiently from shipment to customer while supporting overall store performance.
What You’ll Do:
Operational Excellence

Support daily store operations, inventory, visual standards, and promotions, while upholding brand standards and using store systems and data to prioritize work and drive efficient, customer-focused execution.

Maintain stockroom organization and inventory accuracy to support sales, fulfillment, and operational goals.
- Execute inventory counts, stock replenishment, transfers, audits, and product movement according to company standards.
- Assist with fulfillment activities, customer pickups, and delivery preparation while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support the assembly and preparation of furniture and other products, including unpacking, assembly components, inspecting for quality, and ensuring merchandise is customer-ready.

Receive and upload pallets of furniture and merchandise from delivery trucks into the store, safely moving and organizing within the stockroom.

Deliver on brand standards, safety, and policies in a way that feels approachable and customer-first, while contributing to a positive team environment and protecting the business.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front entrance, backroom, loading dock and salesfloor environment, ensuring work areas consistently meet store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Staying curious and flexible you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow.
Sales & Customer Experience Support

Support an exceptional customer experience by ensuring merchandise is organized, accessible, and customer-ready, while assisting with product questions, order preparation, pickups, and fulfillment activities.

Demonstrate enthusiasm for the Lovesac brand by sharing product knowledge, supporting product flow and inventory execution, and contributing to a welcoming, engaging shopping environment.

Maintain product presentation standards through merchandise movement, floor replenishment, signage placement, and general store recovery.

Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, or stock support role.

Experience supporting inventory, shipment, fulfillment, or product flow operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver results.
-
Must regularly work during high-traffic and delivery periods, mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak selling times to ensure you capitalize on inventory fulfillment.
- Ability to utilize technology to support inventory management, fulfillment, communication, and operational processes.

Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
- Must be able to safely load, unload, stage, move, and assemble furniture products with or without assistance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and to assemble and disassemble furniture while working on the selling floor. Candidates must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other moving equipment.

This position regularly requires moving objects (including medium to large furniture items) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position. This position constantly requires standing and/or walking for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. This position regularly requires the following actions lifting; pushing; pulling; bending; twisting; kneeling; reaching; stooping; crawling; and climbing.

Must be able to work in an outdoor environment and adverse weather conditions when assisting with inbound and outbound duties.

Associates will be eligible to receive up to 26 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In certain jurisdictions, part-time sales Associates may be eligible for paid sick and safe leave. In addition, they will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on these holidays. Eligibility and terms for all benefits listed are as outlined in Lovesac’s policy and plan documents.
Associate pay will vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill level and competencies.
