We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Lead-In-Training Installer to join our team and support installations of residential HVAC systems. The Lead-In-Training Installer will assist in complete heat pump or air-conditioner/furnace change-outs in a resident's home following industry, manufacturer, and company practices. The company will provide training in our office, classroom, and on-the-job. The successful candidate will have strong work-ethic, problem-solving skills and be able to learn to work independently.
Responsibilities:

Support the Lead Installer on each installation job following the job summary, pictures and videos, and guidance from the Installation Manager.

Help prepare the installation truck with all supplies and materials necessary to complete each job.

Communicate frequently with the Lead Installer to ensure adherence to quality expectations

Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:

1 year minimum of HVAC installation experience

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Introductory knowledge of electrical, plumbing

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Valid, insurable driver's license and pass a drug screening
