Anthony Scotto Restaurants is seeking an experienced Sauté Cook for one of our Fine Dining steakhouses. We are looking for a passionate culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to preparing exceptional dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to detail.

Set up and stock the stations with all necessary supplies.

Prepare sauces, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and accompaniments according to chef specifications.

Cook and finish sauté menu items while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

Ensure all dishes are prepared simultaneously and delivered in a timely manner.

Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.

Stock inventory and properly rotate products.

Comply with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests.

Proven experience as a Sauté Cook, preferably in a fine dining steakhouse.

Strong knowledge of sauté techniques, sauce preparation, seafood, poultry, and vegetable preperation.

Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and food preparation procedures.

Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume environment.
