Trusts & Estates Attorney – Hackensack, New Jersey – Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
Lead the preparation of wills and other wealth transfer documents for clients with varying family circumstances and levels of wealth.
· Prepare wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to clients' unique family dynamics and financial objectives.
· Counsel individuals and families on estate planning, wealth preservation, probate administration, and strategies for complex estates.
· Draft, revise, and finalize comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments.
· Oversee all phases of trust and estate administration, including fiduciary accountings and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
· Stay current on developments in estate planning, taxation, elder law, and asset protection to provide informed, strategic legal counsel.
Required:
· NJ Bar
· Recent trusts & estates experience

Pay: $140,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
