Harbor Hills Country Club in Lady Lake is seeking a skilled and dependable Daytime Cook to join our culinary team. This position is perfect for a motivated cook who enjoys creativity, independence and working in a professional club environment.
Position Highlights
- Daytime schedule – off by 4:00 PM daily
- Weekend breakfast service
- Opportunity to create and feature daily specials
- Responsible for developing and preparing daily soups
- Work in a well-equipped kitchen serving our members and guests
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality lunch items and weekend breakfast
- Create and execute daily specials and house-made soups
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Manage prep and service independently during daytime shifts
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or chef experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage a station alone
- Creative approach to menu items and daily features
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen organization
- Reliable and professional
