Union Pizza & Smash is a fast-paced, high-energy pizza and smash burger concept focused on great food, hospitality, and a clean welcoming environment. We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working with people and being part of a strong team culture.
As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create a great experience for every guest from the moment they walk in the door. This role combines front counter service, dining room upkeep, food running, beer service (18+), and overall restaurant cleanliness.
This is not just a cashier position — we are looking for team members who take pride in hospitality, teamwork, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

Greet guests and take food orders

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Provide beverages, fountain cups and condiments

Pour draft beer for guests (18+ only)

Coordinate and organize pickup/to-go orders

Maintain cleanliness of dining room and front counter

Bus and wipe tables quickly and efficiently

Restock front-of-house items and supplies

Help maintain clean bathrooms throughout the shift

Sweep, mop, and complete cleaning duties at opening/closing

Support teammates during busy rushes

Help create a fun, friendly, fast-paced environment

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
