- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner during busy service hours
- Handle food safely by following proper storage, handling, and disposal procedures to prevent contamination or spoilage
Skills
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or catering setting with a focus on food preparation and cooking
- Strong kitchen skills with the ability to efficiently chop, dice, and portion ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively culinary atmosphere
