Sedona Waterproofing Solutions is looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on maintaining and servicing crawlspace waterproofing systems while providing excellent customer communication and support.
The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys troubleshooting problems, and can confidently explain issues and solutions to homeowners in a professional manner.

Primary Duties:• Perform service and maintenance on crawlspace pumps, drainage systems, and dehumidifiers• Inspect crawlspaces and identify moisture or system-related issues• Educate homeowners on system conditions and recommended solutions• Complete service reports and document findings• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and equipment• Deliver a professional customer experience during every appointment
What We’re Looking For:• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work in crawlspaces and physically demanding environments• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability• Construction, waterproofing, HVAC, plumbing, or crawlspace experience is a plus• Self-motivated and dependable• Valid driver’s license required
