Windom Security is seeking professional and reliable Event Security Officers for a major 4th of July event in the Phoenix area. This is a temporary 4-day assignment with the opportunity to be considered for future event security assignments throughout the year.

Responsibilities
- Control access points and monitor event entrances
- Conduct bag checks and credential verification as assigned
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the venue
- Assist with crowd management and guest safety
- Respond to incidents and document observations
- Work closely with event staff, law enforcement, and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing event policies
Requirements
- Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card (Required)
- Minimum 23 years of age
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from the event
- Ability to work all scheduled event days preferred
Compensation
- $19.00 per hour
- Opportunity for overtime depending on event needs
- Priority consideration for future Windom Security event assignments
- Potential opportunities for additional temporary and permanent security positions following the event
Schedule
- 4th of July Event Assignment
- Four consecutive event days
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts may be available
