BlueSix Protection & Investigations is a rapidly growing professional security services company dedicated to protecting people, property, and businesses through professionalism, integrity, and excellence. We are currently hiring four (4) Unarmed Security Officers for multiple commercial, retail, residential, healthcare, and corporate locations throughout the Tacoma-to-Seattle corridor.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of assigned properties.
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking lots, and common areas.
- Observe and report suspicious or criminal activity.
- Complete detailed incident reports using company reporting software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants.
- Enforce client policies and procedures professionally.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and contact law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Arrive on time and remain alert throughout the assigned shift.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Washington State Security Guard License (or ability to obtain one before employment).
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience working in retail, commercial, healthcare, or residential security.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
