Full Time, Non-Exempt – IMMEDIATE OPENING
6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. – OT and Saturdays required upon need

Looking for a welder/fabricator with the ability to MIG weld, ability to align and fit fabricated steel structures per blueprints with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job, Plans details of working procedure and tools and material requirements.
- Proficient at measuring and processing steel and other materials for use in fabrication
- Proficient at MIG Welding of light to heavy plate
- Proficient at oxy/act torch operation
- Proficient at using a hand held plasma unit
- Fabricates equipment by cutting, and welding various metals. Cleans and prepares surfaces to be welded. Sets up, assembles, and tacks weld parts
- Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
Qualifications:
- Work involves varying degrees of precision and control where damage could be considerable.
- Attention and care required to prevent injury to others while performing job duties
- Working knowledge of shop tools, and operating a forklift and overhead crane
- Work involves considerable stooping, bending, and working in overhead structures.
- Exposure to moderate burns and flying objects, such as chips and scale require personal protective equipment. Ex. Safety Glasses, Steel toed boots, welding hood, gloves, and welding sleeves
Requirements:
- 3 year's minimum welding/fabrication experience
- Pass written and technical welding tests
- High School Graduate or GED completion
- AWS Certified preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
