Job Overview
We are looking for a dependable Floral Production Assistant to support our floral design team with silk and faux flower processing, event floral production, studio organization, and installation preparation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a creative floral studio environment and is comfortable with hands-on, physical work.
The Floral Assistant will help with prepping silk/faux flowers and greenery, maintaining clean workspaces, organizing supplies, and assisting with floral production for events and daily floral orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with floral production and preparation for events and daily arrangements
- Process and prep silk flowers and greenery
- Prepare vases, containers, floral foam, and design materials for designers
- Maintain clean floral workstations, buckets, and prep areas
- Assist with studio organization and floral supply inventory
- Wash buckets, tools, and floral containers
- Help prep spaces for floral installations and event production
- Climb ladders to retrieve inventory or organize supplies
- Lift and move flower boxes, buckets, and supplies
- Support the team with general floral studio cleaning and organization
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working in an active production environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced floral production setting
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Floral shop, floral studio, event, or wedding industry experience is a plus but not required

- Comfortable performing physical tasks including cleaning, lifting, and studio prep
- Interested in the silk floral design and warehouse assistance
Schedule
- Flexible hours depending on event and floral production schedules
- Weekend availability may be required during busy event seasons
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
