Cleaning Specialist
Job Summary

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will work as part of a team providing high-quality residential cleaning services throughout Amarillo and the surrounding area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys serving others, and believes the little things make a big difference.
Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Character, teachability, and a positive attitude matter most.
Duties
- Perform detailed residential cleaning services according to Beloved Cleaning Co. standards
- Dust and wet wipe furniture, blinds, window sills, baseboards, trim, and other accessible surfaces
- Clean kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, and microwaves
- Clean bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstery
- Mop hard surface floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Make beds and complete linen changes when requested
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment provided by the company
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service in clients' homes
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding client needs or concerns
- Follow company checklists, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing
- Comfortable working around pets
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous residential cleaning or customer service experience is preferred but not required
