We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Administrator with strong Shopify experience to support our expanding portfolio of e-commerce clients. This contract position is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, e-commerce, and digital operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Store Management
- Maintain and update multiple Shopify stores for fashion and lifestyle brands
- Upload and organize products: variants, descriptions, tags, and categorization
- Create/manage collections, navigation menus, and homepage content
- Customize themes using Shopify’s editor and basic HTML/CSS
- Manage customer data, orders, and reports via Shopify admin
Product Management & Sourcing
- Source product details from vendors/manufacturers (fashion industry focus)
- Perform product lookups for accuracy (colorways, sizing, materials)
- Ensure high standards for product presentation, descriptions, and imagery
- Coordinate with client teams on inventory, SKUs, and availability
App Integration & Marketing Support
- Configure/manage third-party apps (Klaviyo, Judge.me, Stamped.io, etc.)
- Support marketing: promo codes, banner content, PostPilot campaigns
Client Communication & Support
- Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts
- Respond to client emails, track web update requests, and offer Shopify guidance
- Participate in virtual meetings to review site performance and priorities
Technical & Analytical Tasks
- Execute basic HTML/CSS customizations
- Manage domain and DNS settings
- Set up and transition analytics to GA4
- Review performance reports and provide actionable insights
Spreadsheet & Data Management
- Use Google Sheets to manage/manipulate product and site data
- Filter, update, and organize large datasets for uploads and reporting
- Ensure data integrity and consistency
Project & Workflow Collaboration
- Support new site builds and refresh projects
- Coordinate with junior staff and freelance contributors
- Attend internal check-ins and contribute to planning
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of Shopify Experience - minimum
- 1 year of Klaviyo experience - minimum
- Proven experience managing and updating Shopify stores
- Deep familiarity with Shopify admin (apps, customer data, orders, reports)
- Experience with Shopify integrations (Klaviyo, Judge.me, etc.)
- Experience with fashion products (apparel/accessories) and sourcing workflows
- Ability to perform product lookups using vendor portals
- Strong Google Sheets skills for large product data sets
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for theme updates
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and self-prioritize in a fast-paced agency environment
