We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time, entry-level position offers hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer service, and brand representation.
In this role, you will represent a variety of client campaigns inside retail locations, engaging directly with customers to promote products and services, answer questions, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing professional communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
- Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail partner locations
- Educate customers on products, services, and promotional offerings
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that best fit those needs
- Assist customers with purchases, enrollments, or service sign-ups when applicable
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Meet individual and team sales and performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members and management to support campaign objectives
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing is helpful but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $700.00 - $900.00 per week
