Job Description
The Mobile Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's mobile retail store, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and ensuring efficient operations. This role oversees merchandising, inventory management, customer service, event coordination, cash handling, and the safe operation of the mobile store. The Mobile Store Manager travels to customer locations, maintains store presentations, and serves as a brand ambassador.
Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
· Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and recommendations.
· Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
· Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
· Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
· Operate and manage the daily activities of the mobile retail store.
· Drive the mobile store to scheduled customer locations and events, when required.
· Set up and prepare the mobile store before each event or sales visit.
· Ensure the store remains clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
· Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and secure handling of company assets.
· Coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure timely arrival at customer locations.
· Follow DOT regulation and compliance
· Coordinate all maintenance needed on the truck and trailer provided.
· Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular inventory counts.
· Receive, stock, and organize merchandise.
· Monitor inventory needs and communicates replenishment requirements.
· Merchandise products according to company standards and seasonal promotions.
· Process returns, exchanges, and transfers accurately.
· Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
· Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
· Maintain accurate customer and inventory records.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
· Knowledge of basic vehicle inspections and care.
· Foster a positive, customer-focused work environment.
· All other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
· Two or more years of retail, customer service, or sales experience.
· Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if driving the mobile store is required).
· Ability to operate a larger commercial-style vehicle safely after appropriate training.
· Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· CDL-A License
· Experience in mobile retail, event sales, healthcare apparel, or specialty retail.
· Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
· Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight, if required.
Working Conditions:
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to load, unload, and arrange merchandise.
· Ability to climb steps and work in a mobile retail environment.
· Ability to safely operate a company vehicle, if required.
· Work is performed in a mobile retail environment and at customer locations.
· Frequent local travel with occasional evenings or weekends for special events.
· Exposure to varying weather conditions while traveling and setting up the mobile store.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
