Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Current Florida Insurance license preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.

Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred.

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information and solutions.

Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and general account maintenance.

Help prepare policy renewal documents and ensure all client information is up-to-date.

Process incoming mail and direct it to the appropriate team members.

Maintain organized client files, both physical and digital.
