What We’re Looking For
- Previous pawn shop management or assistant management experience
- Experience handling high-volume pawn lending
- Strong customer negotiation skills
- Jewelry, gold, firearms, or luxury merchandise experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead employees and manage daily operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
