We’re Hiring: Commercial Real Estate Accounts Receivable Specialist who will also assist with Account Payable and Leasing Administration

We’re looking for a Executive Assistant with Commercial Real Estate & Leasing experience who can also step in as a trusted Assistant to one of the principals of the company to assist with various aspects of operations.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving, collaborative team where your contributions will directly impact major projects and business decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and manage commercial leases, real estate agreements, and legal contracts.
- Provide high-level executive support—special projects, Management and supervision in several areas of office management, IT computer conversions and maintenance, insurance, banking, and construction project coordination.
- Assist with system and procedure development and oversight
- High level tenant negotiations involving payment plans and lease renewal terms.
- Keep everything running smoothly with organized records, files, and databases.
- Be a trusted point of contact for clients, landlords, tenants.
- Balance the detail of legal work with the agility of executive support.
What We’re Looking For
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
- years working in commercial real estate or leasing law a plus.
- A sharp eye for detail, with strong drafting and document review skills.
- Excellent communicator (written + verbal) who can work with everyone from attorneys to executives to clients.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives on juggling priorities.
- Independent and self motivate.
