SUMMARY
Provide full-service customer account support for insurance agency prospective and exiting clients. Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change. Ensure customer satisfaction by performing the following duties:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter new client and policy information into system.
- Communicate with clients over the phone, email, text, mail, fax, and in person
- Modify client and policy information in system as necessary.
- Update information for renewal policies.
- Provide letters to clients.
- Create and electronically transmit certificates of insurance upon request (i.e. fax/email).
- Follow up on insurance claims as appropriate.
- Request quote for policy renewals from insurance company and provide to agent/client.
- Rate policy quotes (agency-based/web-based software).
- Take claim information from clients and process timely.
- Complete all necessary forms as required by insurance companies.
- Complete daily assignments as directed by management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years personal lines insurance experience, must have resident producer license. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay: Competitive hourly rate + commission
