Your Role with the Company:
· Transporting construction materials and heavy equipment to company job sites nationwide
· Picking up and dropping off materials and equipment to and from company suppliers
· Loading and unloading at job sites, supplier locations, and company yard
· Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections — required every single shift, no exceptions
· Receiving, organizing, and tracking warehouse inventory
· Conduct regular stock checks and report low inventory or discrepancies to management
· Maintain inventory levels and ensure the shop is stocked with necessary items
· Ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained when returning to the shop and leaving to the job site
· Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and safe at all times
· Assisting the fleet and operations team as directed
Responsibilities mentioned above are for reference as a part of the Eclipse Companies’ team, additional responsibilities may be assigned to cover an immediate or permanent need.
Background Profile:
· Must be at least 18 years of age for intrastate driving / 21 for interstate driving
· High school diploma or GED equivalent
· Valid Driver's License — clean MVR, no serious violations
· Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
· Must be able to complete and maintain a Driver Qualification (DQ) File per company policy
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
· Comfortable working in all weather conditions — this is not a desk job
· Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction without hand-holding
· Strong attention to detail and time management skills
· Clear verbal and written communication skills
· Basic navigation skills — ability to use GPS and plan routes efficiently
· Knowledge of basic shop equipment and tools is a plus
· OSHA 30 certification is a plus
· First Aid, CPR & AED certification is a plus
Shift & Schedule:
· Monday – Friday, full-time year-round
· Rotating start times — 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM depending on the season
· Some Saturdays required with short notice — flexibility is a must, not a maybe
· Overnight and out-of-town travel required as needed — sometimes with little to no advance notice.
· If you can't be away from home on short notice, this is not the right fit.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
