Valley Staffing is partnering with an established family owned company for a Production/MIG Welder position.
Primary functions in this role:
- Using HR and CR with some Stainless
- Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
- Experience using, or comfortable learning how to use robotic welder
- Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
- Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
- Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
- Assisting in other departments of production areas
Requirements:
- Welding certificate, or equivalent experience
- MIG welding, and TIG welding experience
- Must be open to robotic welding
- Must have own welding gear including helmet
- Must be open to helping out with machine operating when need arises

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
