Are you a nurse who values flexibility, independence, relationship-based care, and helping seniors remain safely at home? Amada Senior Care Twin Cities is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical services across our growing home care organization. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys autonomy, community-based care, and meaningful client relationships while maintaining a flexible schedule. The Casual RN supports client assessments, supervisory visits, care plan updates, caregiver training and delegation, and other clinical oversight activities required under Minnesota Home Care regulations.

What You’ll Do
-Complete initial and ongoing Minnesota 144A assessments and supervisory visits
-Support delegated nursing tasks and caregiver competency validation as appropriate
-Monitor client condition changes and communicate recommendations to the care team
-Assist with clinical documentation, compliance, and regulatory readiness
-Collaborate with client care and operations teams to support quality care and continuity
-Provide client-specific caregiver education and support
-Participate in quality assurance and clinical process improvement efforts as needed
Who You Are Minnesota
-RN in good standing
-Experienced in home care, hospice, or community-based nursing preferred
-Comfortable working independently in client homes and community settings
-Organized, responsive, and confident with clinical documentation
-Collaborative communicator who works well across teams
-Compassionate professional committed to high-quality client-centered care
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel throughout Twin Cities metro)
-Comfortable with electronic documentation systems and technology

Casual / Flexible Schedule | Competitive Pay
$43–$45 per hour, based on experience
