Job Title: Operator
Overview:
Join our team as a Crusher Operator where you will play a crucial role in our operations. As an Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including crusher operation, loader operation, dozer and excavator when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate various heavy equipment such as crusher, loaders, dozer and excavator
- Perform tasks related to crusher and equipmant maintenance
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment at all times
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for each task
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in loader operation, and crusher operation prefered but willing to train the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance is a plus
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy materials
