We are seeking a compassionate and attentive In Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to assist clients with daily living activities while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
- Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed.
- Support clients in performing household chores, including light cleaning and meal preparation.
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans meticulously to ensure all client needs are met safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any incidents or concerns.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in caregiving or home health assistance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills and patience.
- Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Knowledge of basic health monitoring techniques and medication management is advantageous.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
