Location: Hooksett, NH
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 11-hour shifts (1-hour break included)

Role Overview
We need a disciplined, computer-literate Operations/Dispatcher who can manage 30–35 delivery routes per day and support drivers in the field. This is a high-accountability role that requires structure, focus, and the ability to follow clear processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dispatch and route support for 30–35 routes

Respond to driver needs in real time while they are in the field

Follow prescribed checklists and standard operating procedures

Maintain accurate communication and documentation

Escalate issues appropriately and keep operations flowing
Requirements

Computer literate and comfortable with multiple systems

Highly disciplined and process-oriented

Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure

Strong communication skills

Available Sunday–Wednesday for 11-hour shifts
