Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Day Habilitation Supervisor to lead and oversee day program services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support social service program staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational standards and compliance requirements
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized habilitation plans tailored to each participant’s needs and goals
- Manage day-to-day operations of the program, including scheduling, documentation, and resource allocation
- Foster strong relationships with participants, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote collaboration and engagement
- Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to maintain a motivated team
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols within the program environment
- Prepare reports, maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools, and assist in budgeting and administrative tasks as needed
Experience
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in social services settings
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in managing teams of social service or behavioral health staff
- Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, and community partners
- Experience developing programs that support behavioral health and community integration goals
- Background in social work or related fields with knowledge of compliance standards and best practices in social services.
- Prior experience in program development, budgeting, writing reports, and client communication is essential for success in this role
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
