Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit or stay
- Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and clarity
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and special requests
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest services
- Retail store stocking, scooping Ice cream, and cleaning.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of hotel experience, guest relations, and resort operations is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights , weekends, and Holidays.
- Effective communication skills to ensure clear interactions with guests and team members
