Position Summary
The Operations Manager for CreativeOne Wealth is responsible for building, leading and continuously improving the people,
processes, and procedures that support financial advisors and their client-facing teams. The role ensures the firm operates efficiently,
consistently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering an excellent advisor and client experience.
The Operations Manager partners closely with leadership, advisors, and staff to translate strategic goals into scalable operational
systems, develop high-performing teams, and create a strong culture of accountability, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- People & Team Development
o Lead, mentor and develop operations staff to ensure high performance, engagement and retention .
o Establish clear roles, responsibilities, performance expectations and career development paths.
o Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
o Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to support growth and consistency.
o Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and service excellence .
- Process, Procedures & Scalability
o Design, document, and continuously improve operational workflows that support advisors and their staff across the
client lifecycle.
o Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, efficiency, and regulatory
alignment.
o Identify bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
o Ensure processes scale effectively as the firm grows (advisors, staff, AUM, clients.)
o Drive adoption of best practices across teams through training and change management.
o Serve as the primary operational partner to advisors, enabling them to focus on client relationships and growth .
o Ensure operational processes align with advisors’ business needs while maintaining firm-wide consistency.
o Act as a problem-solver and escalation point for complex operational issues.
o Partner with advisor-facing teams to improve service delivery and client experience.
o Champion operational excellence as a value-add to advisor success.
