Responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls from customers and take their orders
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of flowers, or gardening is a plus
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and display areas
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Effectively communicate over phone

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
