We are a locally owned, chef-driven restaurant founded by a husband-and-wife team passionate about bringing people together through exceptional food, thoughtful beverages, and genuine hospitality. Our menu celebrates modern American, farm-to-table cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and producers whenever possible.
Server Assistant Responsibilities
- Support servers throughout service to ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and seamless hospitality.
- Deliver food accurately and efficiently while confidently describing dishes when appropriate.
- Assist with beverage service, including refilling water, clearing glassware, and delivering non-alcoholic beverages as directed.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and meticulously to maintain smooth table turnover.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas throughout each shift.
- Polish and stock glassware, flatware, china, and other service items before and during service.
- Restock service stations with linens, plates, utensils, condiments, and other necessary supplies.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure efficient service flow.
- Anticipate guest needs by assisting with refills, clearing finished courses, and responding promptly to requests.
- Support food runners and other team members during busy service periods to maintain a consistent quest experience.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Learn the seasonal menu and beverage program to accurately identify dishes and answer basic guest questions.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
- Participate in ongoing hospitality, menu, and service education to continually enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food runner, busser, or hospitality support role preferred but not required.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
