Line Prep
You are the backbone of our kitchen operations. Your efficiency affects the everyday operations of the restaurant. This position also offers a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of kitchen management.
Responsibilities:

Prepare all raw food items for the cook line

Chopping all vegetables

Make all salads

Measuring and packaging various ingredients for our recipes
- Safely store all food items ensuring proper food handling and temperatures

Maintain a clean safe work environment

Assist the other kitchen staff as needed

Use and clean all kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds

May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet

Must wear non-slip footwear
