Job Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to understand their heating and cooling needs
- Recommend HVAC systems and indoor comfort solutions tailored to each customer's home and budget
- Build trust through honest, consultative sales conversations
- Generate and follow up on sales opportunities
- Prepare and present professional proposals to customers
- Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, Business, or another related field, but not required
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable learning new products, technology, and sales techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and customer needs
- Valid driver's license with vehicle
- Willingness to learn the HVAC industry
