Dalmoros Fresh Italian is looking for full-time and part-time hourly Shift Leaders for our new location inside South Station.
At Dalmoros, we serve fresh pasta and homemade sauces in convenient to-go style boxes, creating a fast, fun, and high-energy experience for our guests.
In this role, Shift Leaders will learn how to make fresh pasta and homemade sauces, manage shifts and team members, prepare fresh made-to-order pasta meals, open and close the restaurant, and interact with customers at the register. Shift Leaders will also assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization while helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting opening team and gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations and leadership.
We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous restaurant experience and leadership experience are a plus, but not required. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.
Pay is competitive, and with tips, Shift Leaders average between $18–$25 per hour.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
