- Local to Baltimore area
- Position reports to directly to Project Manager
- Manage smaller projects
- Working knowledge of production drawings in a commercial /institutional focused firm
- Prepare and write reports on a professional level in english
- Assist in the preparation research based reports and analysis for larger projects
- Respond to consultants
- MUST BE A CITIZEN
- Must possess a proficiency and working knowledge in order of importance
- Revit*

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
